Dear one, blessed one. On this day of great thanks, allow your body to truly absorb love. To take in around you the beauty of all you see. To feel and know that all is well.

Dear one there need not be a single day that encompasses gratitude. It is indeed a daily, an hourly occurrence. Thanksgiving is merely a time when man decides to focus in, but too often, what occurs is negativity. Too much. Excess.

Dear one, when man can see daily all that surrounds him; when he can look into the face of an infant and see the magnitude of this creation; when he can look at another who is in this moment causing a negative response and find love in his heart; when he can side step a situation instead of engaging… all of this will lead to peace; will lead to understanding; will lead to immenseness.

Dear one, centered in gratitude, man can feel the enormity of this lifetime; can see clearly the joy, the light. Rooted in gratitude, he cannot feel hatred. Cannot feel discouragement. Cannot feel remorsefulness. Rooted in gratitude, man can only be in a place of love.

Dear one, on this day, it is fine to celebrate. It is fine to come together and remind one another of the love that is there. This is well and this is good. But to take from this day the goodness; take from this day the gifts – to bring that into daily life, ah, that is the glory. That is the preciousness.

(Spirit – how do we react to the situation in India? The terrorist attacks? Why do these things occur?)

Dear one, man has free choice, always and always. That is the beauty of this life experience. Man decides. It is not a time to feel despair. It is not a time to repel. It is merely a time to note that in this world, there are those who feel disenfranchised. There are those who are feeling pain. There are those whose hearts are hardened. They do not need anger and pity heaped upon them. What is needed is love – directed to them; directed to this region; directed to one another.

Dear one, what cannot occur is more anger; more hostility; more despair. More hatred. What cannot occur is more anger fueled by revenge. What is desired is to come to an understanding that a shift must begin in the hearts and minds of each one present in this time and space. Love conquers all. This is not just a pretty phrase; a hollow phrase. This is truth. Love conquers all. It bears repeating.

Sweet one, with love in your hearts, much can be obtained. But it takes the many, not the few. It takes each and everyone in any given situation taking the higher road; reaching past anger; reaching past hatred in the smallest of encounters… to get to a place of love. When this happens on this smallest of scales, it will be reflected on the largest.

(How do we do this? Make this shift?)

Dear one, it begins by believing it is so. It begins by believing that what is needed is love. In any situation. Any and all. That is not to say that man will never stumble. It is to say that if the overriding reaction is truth; if the overriding reaction is love, then ultimately that will permeate the energy of the collective whole, do you see?

Where one or more is gathered… that is the basis for change.

Dear one, take into this day a commitment to ask daily for love to be the overpowering choice. Ask daily to find in your heart kindness and strength. Ask daily how you can best be of service on this earth plane. Seek inside yourself a better way of being – to yourself, to your neighbor, to our loved one.

Dear one, it is simple, is it not? Once man realizes the enormity of his power, once he sees that with love at the basis of his operation, all will change. All will shift. All is possible.

Amen and amen. Glorious, glorious day.

Know that you are much more than this moment; much deeper than this experience.

All is well.

Sweet one such a day indeed. Such a day of hope and promise. Such a day of aspiration and integrity. What the nation is feeling is the possibility of more – the possibility of “what if?” It is a time of great promise. A time when much is anticipated but much will be delivered.

Dear one, this man has stepped forward because he has been called; he has listened to his guidance. He has followed his intuition. He has come forth to demonstrate what is possible. He is not fearful. He is not swayed. He has set the course and he is truly going with the flow.

Dear one, this could not have occurred without intention – without his desire to be of assistance; without his desire to lead a nation forward; without believing in his heart of hearts that he was capable of much. It could not have happened if people did not believe he was capable. It could not have occurred without the unending desire for a better day.

In many ways the people of this nation have felt down trodden, if you will. They have felt spat upon. They have felt disrespected and vilified. In this one man, they see themselves. They see their hopes and dreams. In this one man they can ask themselves, ‘what if? What if I stand true to who I am ? What if I stepped forward out of fear and say, I will. What if I set my course on greatness? What if I offer a hand?

*Spirit there are many who are joyous about his election – but fearful that something will happen to him. How do we deal with this fear?*

Sweet one, evil occurs. Evil in the sense that yes there are those in the world who wish him harm; not evil as separate than, a “force” that floats in the air. Evil in that there are those who have ignored the love in their hearts and have instead determined that they will do harm.

But, sweet one, to remain focused on such an outcome is detrimental. It is unnecessary. That outcome may occur if another determines that is their lot in life. But dear one, release this fear. It is unnecessary. In the end, it does not offer protection. In the end, it is fear based; it is saying that the worst among us will conquer this glorious event.

The way in which you can be most productive, the way in which you can be most helpful is to embrace this man, embrace his family, offer your love and support, step forward in courage; step forward in love. Grab hold of your own life; your own dreams; step out of obscurity to realize your full promise; your full potential. Offer to help a neighbor, a friend. Think before you speak. Release hatred in your own heart. Thank someone who has touched your life. Support those who come behind you. Embrace a child. By honoring your own life you honor all.

Dear one, be not afraid. Let go of worry. Let go of doubt. Surround this man with compassion. Surround him with love and light, each and every day. This offers protection no man can provide. It offers intention. It offers faith that all will be well.

Dear one, rejoice in this day. It is possible because people believed in possibility. They believed in hope. They believed in love. This man has heard the call; he has listened. It is time now for each and every one to do likewise – to say how might I better live? How might I listen to my heart? How might I help another? Am I reaching my full potential? What more can I do – for myself? For others? How best might I operate in the world?

Dear one, no man is more powerful than another. No man can do all. But this man represents the hope and possibility of the masses. He is personifying to each and everyone what can happen with one thought, one idea, one intention, one action. He is listening to his guidance; he is leading the way. He is saying to the world, follow me. But more so he is asking, “Are you ready to step fully into the richness of you?” That is what you feel. That is why he so resonates with the populace. He is a mirror of the greatness of each and everyone. Even those considered the “lowest” are feeling the groundswell of possibility.

Dear one, love each other. Find love in your heart for self. Allow that love to extend beyond this planet, into the universe, into the far reaches of existence. Feel the palpable rush of energy.

All is well.

Dear one, happiness is an attitude, indeed. Happiness is a choice. One can be surrounded by horrific elements and still manage to find happiness. So how is this achieved? How does this occur? Dear one, it starts with a belief. It starts with knowingness that this is indeed your divine right.

Dear one, when you focus on the moment, much beauty can occur there. In other words, if you are 10 steps forward or 10 steps back, more than likely you are fixating about what has occurred to cause you strife or what will occur to cause you pain. It is worry and upset, is it not?

But if one is focused on the here and now, one is focused on the beauty of the moment – a sunrise, a flower’s growth, a child’s smile, ah, in every moment there is something to grasp on to. But again, it is determined within.

Dear one, your friend is correct in that it is a choice. In this moment you can choose to be happy, you can choose to be angry, you can choose to be rude, you can choose to be nice. It is about desire.

Sometimes what is required to achieve happiness, though, can feel like sadness and this is well and good. In other words, dear one, at times it is necessary to place your focus on what is causing discontent. Yes, one can choose to be happy and ignore what is occurring, but too it is helpful and necessary to get at the greater truth.

If there is discontent, it may require an uncomfortableness to look at the root cause, the root notion of that sadness, that anger, that discontent. In the end, of course, it is about freewill – will you choose to be happy despite… But again, dear one, it requires honesty. It requires searching – not for a happiness to grab on to but for relief in your heart that will allow the happiness to surface.

Dear one, man is a complex creature but in many ways quite simple. Joy is your never-ending value. It is your sole desire for being. To create joy; to surround yourself in love. To be a beacon of love. Man complicates this in many ways but the result is the same. The capacity for love, for joy, for beauty – all are within, waiting to be recognized. Waiting to be joyously honored.

Dear one, at this time much is occurring that is an indication of imbalance. It is necessary for man to start within to clean his own ship, so to speak. In other words, by starting with self, by tending to your own vessel, your own joy, your own happiness, you are contributing to the greater good; the greater whole. You are helping to manifest a world of peace and harmony. But it cannot occur with a focus on what is not right. It cannot occur if one is unwilling to release pain, tend to anger, to look at the dark spots and to ask, “how can I heal?”

Dear one, this is a day when much can occur in terms of healing. It is a day when much is possible. It begins with inner reflection. It begins with inner hope. It begins with truth.

The desire to bring happiness within is noble indeed because it is a recognition that choice is at the root of such an outcome. Choice is at the root of this destination. But as you know, it doesn’t require searching about, looking to the others for true joy, true happiness.

It requires waking up to the joy within; moving, if you will, the layers that surround it, the elements that have caused pain, have caused ridicule, have caused one to believe that happiness is but a dream. It is all there, asking to be recognized. Ah, it is indeed a simple act, is it not?

Dear one, blessed one, rejoice in this day, this moment; it is joy unexpressed. Allow it to be (expressed).

Dear one, criticism rises when you are unaware – unaware of your connection to source. In other words, when you are fixated on what another might say, you are not connected in that moment. You are a perfect being; a divine being and so it is not possible to create imperfection.

Dear one, in other words when you are focused on source, when you are connected to the divineness of you, you cannot allow yourself to see yourself as less than. You can only see the magnificence of you. When you allow another to rattle your core, it is a disconnect, if you will, to seeing all that is you. You are fixated on this microcosm of ill will; this speck of disharmony rather than staying present with the allness of you.

Dear one, part of what you’re feeling is a hard-wiredness, if you will, a long ago settling in. In other words, you are feeling the many times in which you have been subjected to the direness of another and that is magnified when you feel another is displeased.

But in that moment, you have a choice. You can focus on what you perceive as an error, or you can determine that all is well. You need not go down a path of indignation. You can choose the higher road, if you will. Hear the words but do not feel to your bones each and every hurt of the past. It is unnecessary.

Dear one, all is well. This you know. Thank people for their observations. Take from them what you can, but do not absorb it into your being; do not allow it to interrupt the flow of energy that surrounds you. Simply focus inward; focus on the grandness of you.

Know through and through that all is well.
